Spreadsheet/Database duties:
・Maintain active and effective spreadsheet databases, ensuring receipt and process of all necessary data and corporate disclosures in a timely fashion.
・Develop spreadsheet statistics, including peer group analysis.
・Co-ordinate with global offices to ensure data is treated consistently across international borders and available to this company’s global network.
・Proofing responsibilities - checking back numbers used in publications versus those in the source material enabling the individual to learn about a range of institutions.
・Provide and update peer comparisons for various industries as needed, qualitative as well as quantitative.

Data Extraction and Storage;
・Extract financial and economic data from source materials pertinent to assigned issuers/issues and inputs to applications
・Maintain necessary filing of issuers’ disclosures and information in accordance with relevant policies.
・Publishing: Provide statistical data for publication.

Research duties:
・Assist analysts in financial modeling of information.
・Works in conjunction and at the direction of analysts in preparing necessary information for rating committee presentations.
・Ensure relevant analysts are aware of developments and are involved in the surveillance of data, its collection and processing.
・Collate material for management meetings, reports, and media releases.

Processing Issue ratings:
・Communicate with issuers with regard to issue rating schedule and receive necessary information such as term-sheet.
・Assist analysts in publishing in issue-related media-releases.

Others;
The work can be cross-practice; Focus is Financial Institutions and Insurance but maybe required to backup other practices such as Industrials and IPF.

The individual will work in concert with Account Managers to optimize customer relationships and maximize revenue for the sales team. Charged with the development of business within a respective territories and product line, you will, in cooperation with the Account Management staff, identify and target prospects, initiate new sales activity, and manage cycles to closure.
This is an opportunity to develop, apply, and share a deep and broad understanding of this solutions in a client-facing role. You will get to work with highly competent account management and professional services teams, while helping our client’s better measure and manage credit risk.

●You will act as the market and product/service expert during the sales cycle by bringing insight, product expertise and process management skills to bear.
●In client meetings you will communicate how this company products and services can meet the client’s specific needs. This will entail demonstrating product, answering product and technical questions, describing our approach to services engagements, and conducting client training.
●You will serve as the main liaison between the client service team, the client, and the appropriate professional services organization on each services opportunity, where appropriate. You will be responsible for accurately representing the needs and interests of each party, thus fostering open and constructive communication.
●You will coordinate responses to requests for product and services information from prospects and clients, especially proposals and RFPs.
●You will prepare and circulate market insight comments and enhance our hypothesis-based selling efforts that help to create awareness of expertise internally.
●You will serve as an important leader in the development of the future product and services extensions and enhancements and marketing strategy.
