オペレーション部ポートフォリオ・マネジメント・チームに所属し、ポートフォリオ（不動産資産）データの作成、管理、分析を中心とした業務を担当して頂きます。

●ポートフォリオ・マネジメント・チームにおいて、チームリーダと共にチーム全体の取りまとめ及びシステムオペレーション、各種レポート及びポートフォリオ管理業務のレビューを主に担当。

●統計データベースの作成および管理（日次）業務
・リース契約情報、顧客情報、運用に関する情報などのシステムデータをレビュー。Key Performance Indexに関わるデータマイニング、レポート、統計資料などの作成。

●定期およびアドホックレポートの対応
・四半期毎の各種レポート、緊急なレポート、他部署のレポートへの情報提供など、ポートフォリオデータに関わる各種データの作成、問い合わせの対応

●毎月の会計業務（月次）業務
・不動産資産の収入を管理するため、ARデータの作成から会計システムへの処理までのレビューと管理、受託PM物件の決算業務も含む

●オペレーション物件の予算業務
・アセットマネジャー、プロパティマネジャーと連携して各物件の予算および、四半期ごとのフォーキャストデータの作成、管理。

●オペレーションプロジェクト
・アセットマネジャー、プロパティマネジャーと連携してオペレーション業務に貢献、各種のプロジェクト担当

●海外対応
・シンガポール、US本社と英語での電話、email による対応
