仕事内容 |
Support Senior Investment Officers 1.Prepare financial analysis and valuations 2.Documentation/Closing Acquisitions Support Senior Asset Managers 1.Analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance 2.Work closely with third party vendors to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals 3.Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections 4.Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing |
必要スキル |
1.BA/BS degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field with strong record of academic achievement 2.Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate analysis/asset management experience with sector specific knowledge (office, retail, etc). Familiar with equity and debt investment a plus. 3.Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task 4.Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills in English 5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6.Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach |
