1.As a team contribute to the revenue targets.
2.Spreading of financial statements and analysis of financial and operating performance of Bank’s Borrowers and of potential customers as well as AML screening etc.
3.Prepare memo for discussion with management and term sheets for prospective clients
4.Preparation of credit proposal of new deals. Credit Proposal covers financial analysis, review of deal structure, review of sources of repayments, security analysis and risk analysis of the overall proposal etc
5.Preparation of credit reviews of Bank’s loan accounts.
6.Monitoring each Borrower’s financial covenants such as ICR and LTV and monitoring reporting covenants such as updated constitutional documents and AM/PM reports etc.
7.Meeting with customers, asset managers, valuers with General Manager and or Senior Relationship Managers and taking notes and updating relevant parties etc.
8.Meeting with legal counsel to review documentation from time to time
9.Assist with compilation and updating of various industry data, major players in the industry
10.Work related to the loan portfolio including Basel II, GCIF, monthly credit reports etc
11.Preparation for Credit Risk Review, FSA and other regulatory auditors
12.Maintenance of credit files and loan related documents
13.Review and create related guidelines / manuals/ procedures/ templates
14.Conduct Bank Account Opening for our Borrowers which includes verification and AML check of Customer

●金融機関での融資経験5〜7年以上必須
●上級ビジネスレベル英語力必須
●不動産ファイナンス経験者尚歓迎
