仕事内容

This Job consists of two functions ""Human Resources"" and ""General Affairs""

●Human Resources
1.Formulate and implement mid-to long-term HR policies and strategies (recruitment, assignment, internal transfer, promotion and demotion, and retirement and outplacement) to achieve business goal of the company.
2.Promote “this company’s Way” (corporate value) and the culture of “Pay for Performance” to all employees.
3.Manage and control total head counts and labor cost of this company.
4.Improve and maintain HR systems to enhance employee performance (that is, grade system, evaluation system, reward system and benefits/welfare programs) to realize Top Employer.
5.Improve and maintain talent management schemes (that is, support department heads to create succession plans, and create and implement employee development plans) to realize Top Employee.
6.Improve employee engagement by conducting engagement surveys and holding all employees meetings.
7.Develop team professionals to strengthen expertise in the company.
8.Realize organizational culture which supports compliance by strengthen the internal control in HR process.
9.Build strategic relationships with members in consulting firm, law firm, recruiting agent etc.
10.Enhance organizational strength by promoting HR integration and initiative.

●General Affairs
11.Realize the efficiency of corporate cost by optimizing the use of company facilities (office fittings, company cars, etc. ).
12.Formulate and implement plans to provide employees with effective and efficient work environment.
13.Ensure the business continuity and all employees safety at the time of emergency (that is, employees accidents and natural disasters) based on BCP.
14.Hold and facilitate corporate crucial decision-making meetings such as the meetings of the shareholders, board of directors, and supervisory board.

必要スキル

●University Graduate
●Minimum 10 years HR experience
●People management experience
●Business level English
●PC Skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
