仕事内容

●Support the further develop of a sales culture and capability across the mutual segment
●Specific responsibility on the customer in Tokyo to will free-up team for a wider role across company’s business (including cover for when one or both of them are travelling or away).
●Establish relationships with prospects.
●Build the wider Mutual Team supporting team and give potential succession in the medium term.

必要スキル

●Fluent in both Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing.
●Minimum five years business experience in either Japanese Non-Life, Life, bank, consulting firm, insurance/reinsurance broking or underwriting firm, general trading house etc.
●Strong sales capability to drive new business development.
●Strong relationship management skills.
