仕事内容

【業務概要】
1. To assist the senior staff for payroll, compensation and benefits matters for the company.
2. Interface to our outsourced payroll vendor and provide them with payroll data.
3. To engage in works such as reporting to, submitting applications to and negotiating with the Labour
Standards Inspection Office, the Public Employment Security Office, and the Social Insurance Office, etc.
4. To assist any administrative works related to compensation & benefits issues.
5. To prepare the headcount report and compensation data for our head office, local governmental offices (e.g. Tax office, FSA, Ministry of Health/Welfare and Labour)
6. To assist in review local policies (i.e. Rules of Employment whenever necessary.)
7. To assist employee’s tax related matters. (e.g. Filing a final tax return, bonus payment, income and inhabitant tax payments)
8. To assist the HR information systems.
9. To assist induction orientation for new hire and departure meeting for retired employee
10. To assist the safety and sanitary committee is up and running.

【仕事内容】
1. To assist other HR in activities (e.g. Recruiting, training, etc) whenever necessary.
2. To monitor the payroll vendor and see if they keep up good work.
3. To prepare payments of taxes and social insurance premiums.
4. To prepare all the documents required by local governmental offices and the health insurance office.
5. To assist other HR members in administration of employee files/record keeping, and vacations and overtime control.
6. To keep eyes on claimed overtime exceeding the labour-management agreement (i.e. the 36 agreement)
7. To provide any employee who has a mental health problem with necessary assistance.
8. To deal with necessary survey data.
9. To assist HR Head in annual compensation review.
10. To handle retirement process.
11. To make necessary entries to Olympic and do reconciliation of HR related accounts.

必要スキル

At least 1-3 years professional experience in HR
Experience in the financial industry
Proactive approach and take ownership
Work as a team sprits
Proactive
Take an initiative
Logical thinking
PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in payroll and benefit processing is a plus
Experience in tax and social insurances is a plus
Experience in accounting is a plus
English communication skills (both writing and speaking) is a plus
