＜Position Summary＞
Under the direction of the senior legal counsel and working very closely with our business team, the person in this position will be responsible for providing legal support to our business team in various types of works regarding a solar power project business (development, permission, EPC, finance, project sales, etc.).

＜Responsibilities＞
●Main expectation:
handling (i) the works from our development team, such as preparation of land contracts, coordination of a legal due diligence, (ii) the negotiations
with landowners, agents and our/their external lawyers together with our development team, and (iii) other related works
●In addition to the above, reviewing and drafting contracts related to an EPC agreement, an O&M(Operation&Management) agreement, a finance agreements and a project sales agreement
●Handling a legal work related to our project companies (around 100 Godo Kaisha’s)
●Providing other types of legal support as necessary

＜Qualifications and Experiences＞
●A lawyer qualified in Japan with a minimum 5 years’ experience
●Excellence presentation, writing and analytical skills in Japanese and English
●Demonstrated ability to drive consensus across business team and deal with challenging situations at all levels of the business in a confident and practical manner
●Excellent problem-skills informed by deep and varied experience
●Self-starter, self-motivate and self-educating
●Open-minded and flexible

＜Preferable Qualifications and Experiences＞
・Ability to communicate with our clients (landowners, external lawyers, banks,　investors or else)
