●Responsible for all accounts including medium to high complexity(i.e. complex reinsurance panels or captive structures) as Team Leader. Review and interpret source underwriting materials regarding completeness of required information - including broker presentation, slips, underwriting files and accounts - and if required, escalation to underwriters in case of missing information.
●Using all relevant information to accurately and efficiently populate IT systems with all relevant documentation. Compiling of manuscript wordings and nonstandard policy wordings. Regular reconciliation and discussion of content with underwriters.
●Proactively manage and self-prioritize own daily, weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and follow-ups of all accounts in the respective responsibility and escalation, if required. Contribute to work load allocation within the team.
●Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers and attend relevant internal and external meetings. Liaise with other countries to drive process improvement and harmonization of operational tasks on global basis.
●System super user or system owner, representing the team in local and global as well as cross-functional projects; provides instructions for specific topics on case-by-case basis.

●保険契約や証券発行について知見のある方
