<Overall>
- Support Country Manager in all aspects, including some paper works such as business strategy of Japan, preparation, presentation materials and so on

<Duties>
- Work closely with products, RMs and support functions in projects
- Facilitate consistent communication among different business lines, across locations/regions
- Work closely with compliance and other support functions to keep country manager updated on any local issues
- Play a coordinator’s role when different teams are required to work closely together in Tokyo Branch (cross functional work)
- Writing minutes in Bank Management Committee

<Skill & Experiences>
- Over 3 years experiences in international commercial banking
- English / Fluent
- PC skills / MS office applications

- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Quick action/response with hands-on approach
- Effective communicator
