・Taking ownership of the master development schedule and proactively managing risks
・Building, coordinating and maintaining effective working relationships between the business, technical, and operational teams located in London, Bermuda and Vancouver
・Being the subject matter expert when asked upon
・Scrum Master duties
・Managing external relationships (including but not limited to vendors) to ensure a robust delivery of the entire technical system
・Leading projects through to fruition whilst working with other team members to achieve goals.

●MUST
・Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding academic record from a reputable university (preferably a 1st class or equivalent degree in a numerate discipline)
・At least 4 years of professional experience, either as a business associate, developer, product manager, or project manager
・Excellent knowledge of using all Microsoft Office tools with an advanced and proven knowledge and experience of using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
・Exceptional Japanese/ English bilingual communication and interpersonal skills/ability to thrive within a start-up team environment
・A minimum of 3 years working experience in Japan in a relevant role and strong familiarity with Japanese work and business culture

●Desirable
・Master’s degree or higher level degree
・Previous experience of working in an agile software development methodology
・Backend system development (e.g. database, transaction processing, messaging, multithreaded systems)
・Previous experience of working in a start-up environment, investment, and/or in the financial services
・Web development (e.g. HTML, Javascript, ASP.NET, JSP/servlet, PHP)
-RIA development (e.g. AJAX, Adobe Flash/Flex/AIR, Silverlight)
-Web UI/graphics design (e.g. CSS, 2D/3D graphics/animation, typography)
