仕事内容

セールスサポート業務

- Acting as a liaison for clients.
- Client account administration
- Administration of investment trusts launched by our AM firm.
- In-house communication with related deparments
- Maintain a various types of client database and collect its information/resources
- Operation in relation to contracts

必要スキル

- Experiences as sales person not required, but basic knowledge of finance an essential prerequisite.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales support/ administration with regard to Investment Management, preferably (desired, but not required) in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Broad-based knowledge of investment products.
- Ability to work proactively and cooperatively.
- Native level Japanese with business level English especially in reading and writing.
