【POSITION GOALS】
Strengthen Japanese Business function within our Thailand by
providing real estate services and advisory to Japanese clients, including, Japanese corporations, property owners, occupiers and investors -- in the process of real estate sales, acquisition and leasing in Thailand
【DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
●Leading a team of people capable of serving Japanese clients’needs for a range of real estate advisory and transactional services in accordance with the overall strategies and policies of Thailand, including:
・Sales, acquisition and leasing of lands, industrial
estates/parks, factories, and warehouses
・Office leasing and residential leasing business
●Strengthen the team’s origination capability (product sourcing) mainly from Japanese clients
●Responsible to cover and manage relationships with
Japanese clients to originate sales mandates and work with team members to successfully close transactions
●Managing and developing stronger relationship with existing Japanese clients and acquiring new Japanese Business clients
●Ensuring the Japanese Business team in working together for the overall benefit of the Company and our clients
●Motivating, coaching and guiding the team to achieve targets
●Establishing, monitoring and achieving deal margins and targets
●Ensuring clear consequences for performance and non-performance of team members

必要スキル
・大手不動産会社での法人仲介部門の管理職経験
・物件仲介のみならず、資金調達アレンジ、各種コンサルティング提案出来る方が望ましい
・ビジネスレベルの英語力必須
・宅建資格
・タイでの不動産ビジネスに強い関心のある方
・物件仲介のみならず、資金調達アレンジ、各種コンサルティング提案出来る方が望ましい
