仕事内容
●Working with the GM of IR/Planning,the candidate would be responsible for CIM/INV’s IR activities-public disclosure and investor relations.
●Create effective and timely disclosure documents and IR materials-press releases and other documents required by Tokyo Stock Exchanges(TSE), presentation materials for financial settlements, property acquisitions/dispositions and debt and equity financing etc.

必要スキル
●Work experience at a public or private real estate company/fund and familiarity of real estate matters is preferable. Prior work at a real estate lender or real estate investment bank is also acceptable.
●Strong Excel and Power Point skill is a must.
●Strong Japanese ability.English proficiency is beneficial.
●IR experience at a public company is beneficial,but not a must.
