Product Data Management Team supports product data maintenance for Global Reference Data application including EQ, Fixed Income, Warrants, Listed F&O, and Funds. Key responsibilities of the team is to ensure products are set up and maintained within internal applications through monitoring market events, vendor
data changes, and internal user requests. The team is also responsible to ensure regulatory requirements are executed and met.
The team closely coordinates and oversees tasks and in addition to Japan, partners with global counterparts in EMEA/US/AEJ

Responsibilities:
●　Execute and supervise daily tasks across multiple product data systems
●　Drive projects relating to market/regulatory changes
●　Lead communication with internal users and counterparts within/across region for the team to effectively support consumer requests
●　Drive data analysis and create test script for system releases pertaining to product data
●　Implement measures to enhance data quality from both procedure and technical perspective

日中過程と技術的な展望からデータ品質を強化するための措置を講ずる

Minimum of 3 years of work experience specialized with product data maintenance and project tasks
●　Business level in English and Native Japanese
●　Knowledge product data of product data maintenance for wide set of asset class including EQ, FI, F&O, and other product type
●　Ability to lead and manage a team, and work with virtual teams in multiple locations
●　Analytical skill to review logics to improve data quality
●　High regard for attention to detail and accuracy
●　Good communication and coordination skills.
●　Effective time management skill
●　Ability to handle pressure, high volume & risk
●　Team player
●　Vendor knowledge including Bloomberg and Reuters is preferred

商品データ・メンテナンスとプロジェクト作業に関する経験3年以上
日本語　ネイティブ、　英語　ビジネスレベル
株、金利商品、先物オプションや他の諸々の商品に関する知識とそのデータ取り扱い経験、知識
チームを統率し管理できる能力と複数のロケーションを含めるバーチャルチームと協同できること
各データの質を高める為のロジック見直し等、分析能力
繊細さと正確さを求める恒常的な努力
コミュニケーション能力と各調整技術
効率的な時間の使い方の出来るチームプレイヤー
Bloomberg, Reuter 等のベンダー端末の知識、経験があれば尚良し
