● Engage in NAV cut process for more than 200 funds with net asset values over 4 trillion yen and reconcile with trust banks in order to publish it before 19:00 at the latest.
● Set up the procedures for new fund launch, working closely with internal/external clients especially when introduce a new asset type products such as multi-manager funds, fixed income fund including MBS, Index, FoFs, etc.

● Be responsible for Japanese Investment Trust Fund Accounting, foreign currency and Yen accounting.
● Ensure accurate NAV and net asset calculations of over 220 funds and reconcile with Trust Banks by using FAIMS.
● Distribute daily IT NAVs to distributors and POIT NAVs to media.
● Handle every other fund accounting related tasks.
● Communicate with overseas counterparties within Fidelity UK, Boston, Hong Kong, etc. to ensure effective and efficient overall back office operations.
● Coordinate and communicate with other business units to incorporate their needs and be accountable for the procedures.
● Conduct daily operations precisely.
● Escalate issues immediately to managers.
● Contribute team project and process improvement (system enhancement, BPR, process improvement, etc.)

● Basic knowledge and experience of the Japanese Investment Trust Fund Accounting such as trade processing, pricing, corporate actions, dividend/income, cash management and taxation for both domestic and foreign investment.
● Basic knowledge of foreign exchange; both cover and hedging FX knowledge is preferable.
● Experience in fund accounting either at Trust Bank or Asset Management at least 2-3 years.
● Relevant knowledge of rules, regulations in the investment administration is required.
● Proactive thinking and attitude.
● Good English communication skill.
