仕事内容

●投信のデイリーオペレーション業務全般。
投資・償還事務、約定管理、レポーティング等
●社内・社外関係者との折衝

- Reporting to the head of Tokyo Operations
- Oversee Investment trust daily operation. Subscription/Redemption, Trade management, Fund Accounting, NAV, Cash management, Regulatory Reporting, Client support, FOF processing
- Assist Operations Managers
- Drive internal/external initiatives for new business, risk management, regional/global　industry initiatives and/or cost saving.
- Review procedures to improve efficiency and to mitigate operational risk.
- Work and liaise with portfolio manager, account manager, business support and/or external counterparties to support the business.
- Create a support flow for new funds or new business initiatives from Operational　perspective and coordinate with clients and global teams.

必要スキル

●3年以上の運用会社あるいは証券会社でのオペレーション業務経験
●ビジネス英語力
●債券及びデリバティブ関連知識尚可
●投信計理業務経験尚可
●四大卒以上

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred. Graduate
studies and/or overseas education a plus.
- More than 3 years experiences in Operations
- Knowledge of Investment trust accounting, Fixed Income and/or Derivatives preferred.
- Fluent Japanese/English language skills in both written and oral form. Other language skills a plus.
- Demonstrated communication ability and able to articulate complex situations.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task an array of simultaneous projects.
- Self-starter, problem solver, detail oriented and team worker a must.
- A team player who can lead by example
- Excellent PC (Excel, Word) Skills
