仕事内容

●Responsible for institutional sales and client management in Japan.
The role holder will work closely with the Head of Institutional Business, Japan and investment specialists to maximize AUM and revenue opportunities from the institutional client base in Japan.

* Support Department Head on leading institutional sales efforts - originate and drive sales campaigns in coordination with Customer Groups
* Cultivate and develop business opportunities from existing clients
* Set sales targets (revenues, AUD) for team and individual salespersons
* Ensure sales team has the experience, expertise, and product knowledge, sales/presentation / communication skills - recruitment, training, mentoring
* Coach/manage team to ensure staff resources and skill profiles are sufficient
* Make sure all information about clients and pipelines are shared in the team
* Embed a proactive sales culture

必要スキル

* Extensive experience managing institutional sales and client serving professionals with a track record of building, coaching and managing high performance and cohesive teams
* Broad array of product and investment strategy familiarity across equities, fixed income and alternatives
* Experience in understanding the process of negotiating and conducting business in Japan
* Experience of international organizations and ability to work in a multinational matrix environment
* Experience of and appreciation for working with an increasingly sophisticated institutional client base, wherein value-added service offerings provide a distinct advantage in rapidly evolving competitive market
* 8-10 year experience in a multi-product asset management environment
* Highest standard of ethics
* 四大卒以上
