仕事内容
●Report to the Head of Product with dedicated focus on the product management for the AM business, both Wholesale (WB) and Institutional (IB)
● Responsible for a quality maintenance and eligibility of the existing products
● Liaise closely with related parties including our global entities and teams to ensure the proper implementation of new products
● Manage the approval process for both WB and IB projects (Due Diligence Paper to the Local product Committee /Regional Product Committee )
● Work in concert with the Product Development to achieve the goals

必要スキル
●BA or BS required
●At least 5 years product experience at asset management companies, preferably with coverage of both local retail and institutional markets
● Knowledge of the local market and regulations
● Understanding of investment philosophy & process, investment products and financial markets
● Excellent communication skills written and oral in both Japanese and English
● Good inter-personal skill. Ability to work with team member, sales, other teams within Japan and overseas offices
● Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
● Deadline and detailed-oriented
