Working as part of the Client Service team within Institutional Sales, the candidate will be involved in all aspects of relationship management and client servicing for our institutional client base.
This includes both public and corporate pension funds, as well as financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
● Coordinate the on-boarding of new client mandates working with other teams (including Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment Teams, etc.)
● Build positive and productive relationships with existing clients.
● Provide client servicing to existing relationships in an accurate and timely manner.
● Analyse and resolve relationship and servicing issues appropriately.
● Coordinate and carry out periodic performance review meetings for clients
● Develop process improvements to enhance servicing efficiency and effectiveness.
● Ensure client information within CRM databases is up-to-date
● Keep abreast of industry developments (i.e. regulations, competition, etc.) that may have
an effect on our client base
Experience / Skills

●運用会社等での年金顧客向けクライアントサービス業務またはRM経験
●ビジネス英語力

● Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent, CFA would be positive
● Minimum of 5 years investment industry experience, preferably in a client servicing / support role
● Knowledgeable about the Japan pension market
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Strong communications and interpersonal skills
● Strong analytical skills; ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines
● Able to contribute positively and collaboratively in a team environment
● Creative, innovative, and pro-active
● Fluency in English is required
