仕事内容
●Act as the principal first point of contact for enquiries and quickly and efficiently co-ordinate the broker response team.
●Work with the broker team to understand and implement appropriate screening processes for enquires to optimize the response efficiency.
●Follow the agreed response protocol for each enquiry:
□ Ensure brokers make a return call or send an email back to enquiry by referring property data within agreed timelines.
□ After following up, ensure brokers record enquiry details in the online tracker
□ When the enquiry becomes a lead, update the enquiry status
□ Work with brokers on a daily-basis and provide weekly updates. Monitor deal size and revenue projection if lead is active.

● Provide monthly report for lead and revenue status to share with internal stakeholder and the marketing team for local and regional distribution.

必要スキル
●Self-motivated team player with a responsible, energetic and outgoing personality.
●A results orientated, well organised individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
●Strong teamwork skills and ability to co-ordinate activities is essential. As the first point of contact, the ability to receive and manage client enquiries is essential. Real estate industry experience preferable but not essential.
●Japanese National English ability
