仕事内容

Job Functions:

・Manage and coordinate internal and external training for employees
・Perform training needs assessments
・Consult with department management, HR, and employees to plan or develop specific and appropriate training activities
・Coordinate function-specific training record database
・May work one-on-one with employees with special training needs
・Represent Training Services during client audits
・Support business development as it relates to representing client services

必要スキル

Minimum Requirements:

・Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
・Demonstrated technical expertise in discipline related core business of ＊＊＊,
e.g. Clinical Research, Data Management Regulatory Affairs, or Biostatistics or, in lieu of this, expertise in organizational development
・Five years operational experience in the core business area of ＊＊＊,
or Five years’ experience developing and delivering organizational development programs
・Demonstrated competence in development and delivery of training programs
・Excellent ""stand-up"" classroom delivery skills
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Strong organization skills
・Expertise in the development of creative training programs
