仕事内容
SAP FICO consultant (ECC 6.0)
Must have worked on SAP project (implementation, template development, template deployment (rollout)
Must be familiar with SAP methodology ASAP and all aspects of an SAP project on any kind.
Experience with SAP data migration tools (i.e LSMW)
Experience with cut over processes and N:N management of the whole migration
Experience with reconciliation and approval (cut over)
Define data migration strategy
Prepare cut over and governance plan
Responsible and accountable for preparation and cut - over
Understand and manage business impact
Understand and manage cut over relates risk and define respective business continuity plans
Understanding and experience of 3rd party tools
Align with global client team and 3rd party service providers (BoA)
Manage sign off and acceptance
Assist audit team(s) internal & external
Report progress, manage status meetings, prepare reports and statistics
Define load sequence and align with SAP basis team (transports /backups etc)
Manage a DM (Data Migration) / cut over team (Capgemini & client)
Client- A Foreign Non-life Insurance company

6 years of experience (SAP FICO project / Cut over / DM (Data Migration) role)
Japanese and English bilingual language skill
(*Foreigners can be considered if they have good Japanese skills as this may require interaction with business users from a testing perspective.)
Primary Skills -
Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or IT, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics.
Interpersonally Skills-
Must be very motivated, independent and able to act /work in a political challenging environment. Ability to handle deadlines and “stress”.
Must be a team player
Must be very conversant in English and has excellent communication skills client fronting.
Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication, ability to write clearly and concisely and to work to tight deadlines.
Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
Must be prepared to travel & work overseas.
Consulting background is preferable
Experience and ability to work in an distributed (on / offshore) environment. Working in a multicultural environment
Ability to establish a good working relationship with the client
Negotiation skills and ability to influence the client
Secondary Skills-
Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,VBA skills
Accounting background / basic understanding
