This hiring is for one of our foreign healthcare client projects, and this is a customer service/call center and ServiceMax (http://www.servicemax.com/) field services implementation for the Japan market.

- 3-7 years of total experience
- 2 years of CRM/Service experience
- Ideal candidate to have solid experience in life sciences/medical device industry sector
- Familiar with customer service/call center
- Experience in Business Analyst, including requirement gathering task for implementing CRM application software, such as Salesforce.com
- Exposure to agile system implementation (We can provide agile training if no experience)
- Experienced in writing test scripts for application implementation
- Experienced in writing use cases, user requirements, user stories for functional requirements
- Experienced in working with business and IT client leaders to secure requirements, deliver software, participate in testing activities including unit testing, user acceptance testing, etc.
- Japanese national (Native in Japanese)
- Business English level
