仕事内容

Responsibilities:

Manages project plans across all teams, stream (MS project MUST & Open workbench Preferred)
Manages, monitors and reports cross project dependencies.
Project level management such as status; budget, actual, and forecast (ETC) updates; “burn rate” and issue/risks status.
Development of work plans, definition of work packages, allocation of work packages and progress tracking (% completion, earned value)
Monitors document repository to keep key information up to date.
Provides support for (- client - Program Director /) where needed
Rolls up project time and reports at project level using the existing project management tools
Creates and distributes project level status reports (like weekly status reports etc)
Resource management including coaching and career development. Performance assessment of Capgemini team members as well as project intake.
Resource planning and resource forecast.
Coordinates work and vacation schedules of project team. Manage Capgemini staff, external contractors & client resources.
Align with Capgemini PMO team
Ensures project compliance with knowledge base standards
Owner of master set of deliverables (deliverable tracking & management)
Define strategy & process how to use Capgemini project management tools
Support the project team in their use of the project management tools
Must be familiar with all PM processes according to PMBOK / Prince 2
Manages onboarding and release of project team members (including knowledge transfer)
Manage internal project communication
Preparation of internal view: actual, forecast, ETC
Setup of distributed delivery model (near shore, off shore)
Manage on / offshore distribution of tasks and track progress
Definition of quality assurance approach and management of QA related activities
Ensure Capgemini internal rules and regulations are (ICA etc)
Supports people manager (identification of suitable resources, interviews etc)

必要スキル

Required Skills:
Fluent bi-lingual (ENG/JPN) candidate with strong communication skills
Should have IT project management experience (10+ years), SAP implementation experience is a plus (FICO is not mandatory)
Good understanding of Finance
Should be able to manage Japan local and global project stake-holders effectively
Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or IT, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics
Interpersonally Skills:
Must be very motivated, independent and able to act /work in a political challenging environment. Ability to handle deadlines and “stress”.
Must be a team player and in a position to guide change agents
Must be very conversant in English and has excellent communication skills client fronting.
Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication, ability to write clearly and concisely and to work to tight deadlines.
Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative.
Must be prepared to travel & work overseas.
Consulting background is preferable
Experience and ability to work in an distributed (on / offshore) environment. Working in a multicultural environment
Ability to establish a good working relationship with the client
Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,VBA skills
Accounting background / basic understanding
