外資系運用会社でのプロジェクトマネージャー（COO補佐）業務(若手）の求人

●当初は下記の業務のうち1.BCP対応2.情報セキュリティを主に担当していただきます
●1/ Business Continuity
- Chair the BCP committee and coordinate the efforts made by the various members
- Maintain the BCP Plan in relation with Paris BCP team
- Maintain business unit requirements
- Define and implement BCP long term strategy together with IT team and other related parties (HR, GA, etc…)
- Validate backup and reconstruction policies/procedures in IT
- Organize tests in liaison with long term BCP strategy. Follow test results in project mode.
- Answering client or RFPs questions on BCP
●2/ Information Security (by delegation of the Chief Information Security Officer)
- Maintain the local information security policy in liaison with RSSI (Risks) and RSI (IT) teams.
- Writing and maintaining the risk & security analysis (based on AICP assessment) for all new projects
- Maintaining a security action plan, together with a budget
- Validation of all access rights requests made through SIAM for Japan users
- Answering client or RFPs questions on security
●3/ Project Management & Organization
- Follow the portfolio of projects of Japan (IT and non IT projects)
- Organize the monthly project committee.
- Directly project-manage some cross-departmental, organizational or business
analysis-type projects
・Work with users to define project objectives and plan
・Organize project meetings and write minutes
・Follow action plans and monitor progress through indicators

●3年以上の運用会社あるいは金融機関での上記業務経験
●ビジネス英語力必須

●Business fluency, both in Japanese and English
●At least 3 years of project management, business analysis or change management experience with relevant experience in the financial or asset management industry
●Strong organizational, time management and planning skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
●Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to get into the details and provide a clear synthesis to management
●Sound understanding of information technology and information security
