＜Position Summary＞

●To develop revenues and the company brand in Japan by promoting the company, identifying new clients and generating opportunities through marketing & business development initiatives.
●To achieve client satisfaction in all aspects of the client relationship and a high level of professional service in every element of the business.
●To ensure the efficient management of complex assignments throughout the Asia-Pacific region including the writing and submitting of proposals and reports, and completion of all services related to the assignment (in house research and analysis, field work, reporting, billing and collections);
●Proactive identification of new sources of information, research tools and approaches, as well as managing of these resources to achieve high quality and cost effectiveness;
●Supervision of Tokyo senior consultants & consultants
●Development and maintenance of effective relationships between the different offices and business practices, including operational support as required.

【Key Requirements】

●Candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience in business risk consulting with at least 2 years’ in a case management/supervisory role
●Able to demonstrate exposure to business development/direct client　relationship management
●Previous experience working in Japan / Asia
●Native Japanese with professional level English reading and writing
