-コーチとして4人のCRAトレーニング受講者の研修を実施
-講師として研修実行
-受講者パフォーマンスの評価とCRAとしての質をチェック
-受講者に日常的なフィードバックとサポート
-定期的1：1電話フォロー
-次のクラスの受講者の採用面接に参加
-研修モジュールの振り返りと改善
-研修プログラムの進行と目標の達成率を守る
-CRAメンターの選択、施設訪問の調整
-月2回海外のプログラムマネージャとの会議に参加

-Work with Program Manager and other coaches to properly provide training to CRAI Trainees for the 3 month program
-Participate in the evolution of program content (lessons learned) before, during and after each class
-Be a LM/coach for up to 4 trainees
-Participate in the Interview process for future classes
-Responsible for equipment procurement, timesheet approval, Learning Center training compliance for each assigned trainee
-Provide daily support to the trainees and timely feedback
-Conduct group meetings as needed
-Conduct bi weekly 1:1 calls with Trainees (or more frequently as needed)
-Review and provide feedback on learning exercises
-Evaluate performance throughout the program and assess Trainee progress and suitability for CRA role
-Ensure Monitoring Foundations timelines and requirements are met
-Participate in identifying CRA mentors and arranging Onsite Observation/Training Visits and Monitor Evaluation visits
-Assist in procuring 50% billable work by Week 7 for each assigned trainee
-Actively participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Program Manager

-Bachelor’s level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or RN preferred
-Four or more years of clinical monitoring experience
-Significant experience with training and/or mentoring junior staff
-Ability to provide inspiring and motivational training and feedback
-Excellent communication skills, written and speaking in Japanese and English (business level or above)
-Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Must demonstrate good computer skills
-Ability to provide clear direction and guidance to others
