●Support O&S manager with Asia-Pacific Staffing and Training & Development activities including:
-Asia Pacific Sessio management and follow-ups
-Asia Pacific Staffing & Training Scorecard Development with Metrics Tracking
-Asia Pacific T&D strategy development & implementation for both CLS training programs and RE specific training programs
-Outside training program leverage and analysis
-Global initiative execution such as Engagement and GEOS
-EMS, G&O Training & Metrics Tracking
-Mentoring program maintenance
●Partner with business team leaders as well as HRD and HR Managers to develop and execute other HR related activities
●Drive continued integration of our culture and Values

●TOEIC 800+
●Bachelors degree in related field w/3-5+ years HR experience
●Prior performance management and counseling experience
●Strong team player, Flexible
●Solid analytical skills
●Self-starter, highly motivated
