仕事内容

We are a team of 15 professionals focused on advising, structuring and executing leveraged buyouts (LBO), high yield corporate financings (ranging from senior to sub financings), and related transaction services. We originate deal ideas, conduct fundamental financial and credit analysis, and create and deliver transaction proposals to financial sponsors and corporations. Part of Principal Transactions Division Group, we work very closely with other principal businesses of the bank, which provides us with unique access to a wide range of domestic and international opportunities.

必要スキル

Candidate should be a deal originator with a wide professional network spanning especially the domestic banks and PE fund.He/she should have experience in working at a domestic financial firm and possess a thorough understanding of the trends in market.
