仕事内容

・To review the term sheet, presentation material, and any documents which are provided to the customers.
・To perform compliance training.
・To monitor and perform compliance check of the trading activities.
・To create the internal rules.
・To contact the FSA.
・To handle the SESC Inspection
・To give compliance advice to the employees on a daily basis.

Product Line
Fixed Income products such as cash bonds, structured notes, FX, interest rate derivatives, credit default swap, etc. or Equity products such as equity option embedded products, cash equity trading, etc

必要スキル

Experience:
1 to 3 compliance experience in a securities firm. Working experience in the foreign securities firms is not MUST but ’nice to have’.

Knowledge
Strong knowledge about derivatives transactions is not MUST but ’nice to have’

JSDA level 1
