仕事内容

●Job Responsibilities
Working closely with Middle Office, operations, Product Control and Finance, understand in detail current business flow and identify areas wich require improvement.
Work with Division Heads and COO to prioritise investment choices.
Work with Bank technology and / or vendors on solution design.

●Performance Objectives
Process Map complete within 3 months
initial proposals ready for discussion - within 3 months

必要スキル

●A minimum of 5 years of work experience
●Strong background in process analysis and working with technology on solutions and system deployment.
All of this in an investment banking operations/accounting environment
●Japanese / English
