●Job Responsibilities
To help build and managing the tracking of IBG IT Requests with IBG IT Single Point of Contact and BIG team.
Managing the paper and electronic storage requirements of IBBD IT.
General Assistance to the IBG IT Single Point of Contact and Team with creating meeting minutes and documentation on project related requests.

●Performance Objectives
Definition and maintenance of the IBG IT request process working with IBG IT Single Point of Contact and BIG.
Assistance in qualification of IBG IT requests from users.
Improvement and refinements to the IBG IT request process.
Ensuring that IBBD IT documentation is filed both on paper and electronically efficiently and in line with Banks’ Continuity of Business (COB) objectives.
To work well with and be a “Strong and positive asset “, with both IBG and BIG teams.
Assisting Management make informed decisions on 1 through 5.

●2-5 of working experience
●Good organizing and communications skills.
●Strong, high level MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint.).
●Knowledge of business processes an advantage.
●Knowledge and/or interest in the projects processing and budgeting.
