The Research Manager for Japan is part of the Local Market Research Team in the Asia Research Group.
The Research Manager for Japan monitors the various property markets in Tokyo and other cities in Japan using a range of third party and proprietary data. The cities covered include Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, Fukuoka and other cities as required from time to time. The Research Manager participates actively in the underwriting process through the provision of market reports and advice on key underwriting assumptions on an asset specific basis (or manages the outsourced provision of underwriting research support).

必要スキル
●Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
●Tertiary qualifications in real estate, finance, economics or a related discipline
●3+ years of relevant experience
●Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanesｅ
