This is looking for an experienced asset manager to manage its portfolio of investments including non-performing loan portfolios, real estate debt and equity, and private equity investments globally. The candidate will oversee current asset management platforms in Japan, Korea, Germany, and Taiwan to develop and implement systems and business plans to optimize the value and liquidity of the investment portfolio. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing a standardized asset reporting and tracking systems to monitor the progress of both the underlying portfolios and individual investment positions.
The candidate will support the acquisition team on new acquisitions, as necessary, to develop structuring, take-down, management and financing strategies for new portfolio investments prior to execution and closing.

The ideal candidate needs will be a competent risk manager, problem solver, strategic thinker, and effective communicator. He/She should possess relevant technical capabilities in real estate, distressed asset and general financial sectors.

Ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of practical experience with the management of large portfolios of non-performing loans and/or real estate portfolios at a bank, an investment bank, opportunity fund or an advisory firm or other investment company.
Background in real estate and finance preferred.
