-Prepare regulatory data for Association

Back office operation
-Fund closing operation
-Communication with trust bank, fund administrator and distributor
-communicate with global offices

Prepare and send the operational flow between distributor and PCAA

Prepare and update operational manual

Project management ( new fund, new system, new distributor )

Other occasional trouble shooting

Train the temp staff or contractor

High knowledge of Investment Trust business
Experience of back office operation in the investment trust business (over 5 years)
Good management and communication skill
Client service oriented
Flexibility in rapidly changing of environment
