POSITION SUMMARY
Accounting Manager, this newly created position is based in Tokyo and will take responsibility of not only corporate　ccounting/reporting, but also corporate business related various tasks.
The individual will report to Assistant Controller and Head of Corporate Accounting Department of AIG Global Real Estate, Asia Pacific Inc.(GREJ). GREJ is seeking the personel who likes to challenge and change.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Monthly / Quarterly financial reporting to Senior management & H/O and corresponding to questions
2.Consolidation of GREJ’s subsidary entities including direct investments
3.Annual budget / Quarterly PL projection / Variance analysis
4.Financial reports review for clients
5.Ad-hoc reports requested by Senior management & H/O
6.Hands-on support for team members (currently 8 staff)
7.Involvement of accounting issues related to real estate investment / asset management

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years experience in management role of Accounting function Experience with real estate accounting includig development, investment and management preferable.
