●Work with local senior management and Group Tax, Sales Management and Finance in London and Switzerland to finalise, implement and operate agreed recommendations from audit firm on transfer pricing, Additional Retirement Plan and Directors’ Payment Plan.
●Work with senior management on preparation of annual strategic business plan and monitor and report progress on achievements.
●Manage relationshipaccountin farm.
●Manage tax compliance and reporting process.
●Liaise with internal and external auditors.
●Critical review and comment on monthly accounts.
●Coordinate wit accountin firm and Compliance Officer on preparation of regulatory and compliance filings, including monthly Capital Adequacy Return.
●Coordination of Additional Retirement Plan and Directors Bonus Payments.
●Manage relationship with payroll service provider.
●Coordination with Technology Group.
●Liaise wit Finance with respect to cash management, capital investments, inter company loans and transfer pricing.
●Monitor actual overheads against budget and explain any variances.
