仕事内容

Must be able to understand complicated structures and agreements related to the structures for both accounting and tax consequences (for international investors). Will report in US GAAP basis but should also know J-GAAP (knowledge of IFRS a plus). Will prepare financials for US LP’s and LLC’s and will be required to do a consolidation of may entities. Will also review underlying investment SPC’s (mostly Japanese and Chinese SPC’s, but some exposure to other Asian countries). Should have degree from a high ranking university. Strong bilingual (actually English is more important than Japanese, so a gaijin with so-so Japanese language skills but strong accounting background would be acceptable).

必要スキル

Must have US and J-GAAP knowledge.Person must be very analytical and detailed.
Would like 5+ years solid accounting experience.Public　Accounting experience strongly preferred.
