・Develop an enterprise technology and information architecture & management strategy
・Develop integrated solutions for complex business problems that require ingenuity and innovation
・Provide leadership for the business and technology teams to ensure that all projects meet the strategic objectives
・Implement technology standards to ensure compatibility and integration throughout Asia and in compliance in application and data
・Provide overall management, technical and financial direction for cross business and country level IT projects
・Provide expertise in technology processes and domain knowledge in specific IT areas
・Establish and maintain a high level of business alignment and confidence in the IT team’s knowledge of, and concern for, strategic business issues.
・Create and sustain understanding of business processes within the IT organization and the technologies deployed to enable the business processes
・Participate in the deployment IT strategic imperatives.
Provide overall leadership, development and motivation to the various IT team members in Japan.

・5-10 years of experience in strategic planning, development, implementation and maintenance of integrated systems across multiple hardware and software platforms
・At least 3 years of experience in project management
