●Provide Japan Tax support to the Asia business, specifically the Japan Leasing business legal entities
●Provide leasing tax support including development and implementation of tax leasing policies
●Provide local tax support for the sales and underwriting teams in Japan
●Provide local tax support to the Japan business with respect to new investments, products, acquisitions, and divestitures
●Provide local audit defense support

●Strong Japanese Tax Background
