仕事内容

●These roles will assist in the delivery and execution of all property and corporate transactions - acquisition, disposition and refinancing of investments, and the on-going monitoring of investment structures.
●Key responsibilities include the co-ordination and review of financial due diligence (tax and accounting) and the review of investment models to ensure financial and tax assumptions have been appropriately modelled.

必要スキル

●2-3 years post qualified experience ideally within the structured/asset based finance (especially real estate finance), real estate trust fund, and/or tax accounting in the property or real estate market.
