As a Real Estate Investment staff, s/he will be actively involved with various aspects of structured finance and deal execution in commercial properties(of broad asset types）and real estate related corporate acquisitions and refinancing, includhing but not limited to the following：
●Devising investment and financing strustures.
●Collaborating with the Acquisition, Asset Management,and other teams within the company in underwrithing the deal pertinent not only on leverage analysis but also legal, tax, and regulatory assessment related to asset and share transfers, property entrustment, operations, cash manegement, financing and collateral, etc.
●Interfacing and supporting negotiations with various types of lenders, trust banks, loan and bond service providers, equity partners, legal and tax counsels,rating agencies,etc.

●Bachelor’s degree
●More than 3 years of working experience in the real estate investment industry ,including Real Estate PE Funds, Lenders, Trust Bank etc
●English necessary
●Knowledgeable in real estate transaction schemes and/or structured finance
