仕事内容
This position will be responsible for marketing the firm’s whole products (mainly real estate private funds) to Japanese institutional investors. More specifically, this position will coordinate with the firm’s global network to raise fund from the selected Japanese investors. This position will also be responsible for global marketing of Japan products .
●Markets our global fund (all property types and asset classes) range to Japanese institutional investors and builds Japanese institutional client base.
●As part of the Global Marketing Group, markets our Asian fund range to Global institutional investors by:
Arranging road shows
Preparing marketing materials
Following up with prospects
●Establishes and manages an active client service program for all Japanese clients investing with us globally and participates in the client service plan for all international clients investing with us in Asia.
●Participates in product development discussions to ensure that new investment products have a ready investor market
●Works with other parts of our group in Asia to maximize the potential of cross selling our products (Private equity, public equity and public debt) to their existing Asian institutional clients
●Organizes client events, conferences, seminars, speaking engagements, etc
●Works closely with the Asian Head of Research and strategy to develop client investment strategies for the region

必要スキル
●Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
●Strategic and foresighted storyteller
●English and Japanese language skills
●Minimum of 5 years of investment and or capital raising experience in real estate, private equity or private banking
●Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment management
●Knowledge in the regional real estate and capital markets
●A strong network of international and local contacts/clients
●Tertiary education in relevant disciplines
●Strategic and foresighted storyteller
●English and Japanese language skills
