仕事内容

ポートフォリオ分析及びキャッシュマネジメントを行う部門の統括業務
米国HQへのレポーティングを行います
●Primary responsibility for preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end investor and management reports.
●Managing group members. (About 10 people)
●Oversee the deal financing (i.e. securitizations and bank financings) - requires interaction with lenders, external auditors, tax accountants, and vendors
●Oversight of deal capitalization and cash management (i.e. ensuring proper receipt of funds for acquisitions and distributions to owner, available funds for payables, monitoring of equity accounts etc.)
●Help ensure the successful completion of the semi-annual Business Plan process
●Help ensure the successful completion of the year-end equity valuatprocess
●Ating Chief Accounting Officer with special project and ad hoc requests

必要スキル

●Bachelors Degree is must. (A major or concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred)
●CPA preferred
●Bilingual English/Japanese in spoken and written communication is required
●Prior real estate experience is a plus but not required
●Strong communication skills will be necessary as this person will be interacting with employees worldwide and will be expected to participate on conference calls where only English is spoken
●The individual should be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
●The individual will need to be able to work on many tasks simultaneously and must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities
