外資系サービサーでのポートフォリオ分析及びレポーティングの求人

サービサーにおける各種データ抽出、加工、分析及び関連各部（社内外）へのレポーティング業務
（スペシャルサービシング、プライマリーサービシング両方のエリアを扱います）
●社内で独立した立場で業務を行います

●Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance　analysis
●Prepare budgets and forecasts for MPS(Master Primary Survicing) and SS(Special Servicing)business lines
●Interface with accounting to ensure correct accruals and postings
●Lead data gathering and analysis for company’s internal and regulatory audits
●Interface with IT on H2O and iPIC database maintenance and
enhancements
●Complete special data requests for management as needed

Financial forecasting, reporting and analysis 50%

●サービサーでの財務データ分析、レポーティング経験者（5年以上）
●或いは金融機関、ファンド会社等での上記業務経験者（5年以上）
●高度なデータ分析を行えるＩＴスキル
●ビジネス英語力必須

●Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance/IT related experience
●Prior financial services industry experience; real estate lending industry experience a plus
●Solid knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
●Strong Excel and data management skills. PowerPoint presentation experience
●Japanese Fluent, strong English competency
