●Management of Asset Financial Reporting team and Fund Financial Reporting team with 10 staff members led by two team leaders (,who are included in the afore-mentioned 10 members)
●Coordinate with Transaction Group, which is charged with acquisitions and new investments in various ways, and Asset Management Group, which is charged with asset management work with its focus on property-related aspects
●Maintain high morale and motivation of the group members and ensure their effective work
●Cash flow and financial reporting to counter-parties as well as coordination of audit, tax and legal matters
●Ensure and maintain accuracy of semi-annual, quarterly reports to overseas and domestic investors.
●Review and ensure correctness of PM reports
●Coordinate quarterly / year-end financial closing and periodical audit for property-owning SPCs and fund-level SPCs including yield calculation.
●Ensure any legal requirements are met.
●Covenants compliance and cash management activities
●Ensure compliance with relevant covenants (LTV, DSCR, etc.) for each SPC.
●Monitoring cash balance.
●Oversight of instruction of cash payment to various service providers
●Ensuring correctness of calculation for interest payment and necessary reserves.
●Determination and implementation of distributions to investors.
●Establish good relationships (and negotiate) with lenders.
●Handling documentation for refinancing for each SPC.
※Whether this position is charged with refinancing negotiation activities depends on the qualification of the candidate. It is desirable if the candidate has the experience and expertise in this area.
●Acting as a point-person with overseas investors and maintain good relationships on financial matters
●Create investment structures in case of new investment opportunities for overseas investors.
●Handling documentation for new investments activities.
●Other related activities as deemed appropriate

●Well-experienced in accounting and tax for SPC
●Must have strong background of finance / real estate business
●Experience in refinancing for SPC is a plus
●Experience in structuring investments is a plus.
●Native level of Japanese and business level of English
