Senior Real Estate Underwriter & Risk Leader NPL Japanの求人

A leading US financial institution is restarting NPL business in Japan in order to capitalize on the reemerging NPL investment opportunities.
Primary focus will be NPL purchased directly from banks and secondary purchases from other NPL investors. In addition to purchasing NPLs at a discount.
-Lead all underwriting activities of NPL business and also act as Chief Risk Officer of the loan servicing subsidiary in Japan.
-Lead and manage collection activities by the loan servicing subsidiary and ensure collection is in line with underwriting case.
-Support real estate underwriting activities for non-NPLbusiness.
-Assist origination/business development for sourcing new business from banks and other NPL investors.
-Manage all relationship with external advisors and regulators
-Ensure compliance in cooperation with the legal and compliance team.

-Experience in NPL investment underwriting in Japan.
-Appraiser license.
-Deep knowledge backed by experience in real estate market in Japan.
-In-depth knowledge of available legal enforcement process in Japan.
-Understanding of various NPL resolution methodologies in Japan.
-Advanced skill in using data base software.
