仕事内容

-Manage collection activities by the loan servicing subsidiary and ensure collection is in line with underwriting case.
-Support real estate underwriting activities for non-NPL business.
-Assist origination/business development for sourcing new business from banks and other NPL investors.
-Manage all relationship with external advisors and regulators (Ministry of Justice)
-Ensure compliance in cooperation with the legal and compliance team.

必要スキル

-Experience in NPL investment underwriting in Japan.
-Appraiser license.
-Deep knowledge backed by experience in real estate market in Japan.
-In-depth knowledge of available legal enforcement process in Japan.
-Understanding of various NPL resolution methodologies in Japan/
-Advanced skill in using data base software.
