Key tasks and responsibilities include:

Support and drive ""CEO Office"" tasks
-Business planning
-Support decision making by proposing and providing ideas/opinions based on deep understanding of business, issue, people and organization and analysis
-Lead special projects
-Develop presentation in PPT
-Support CEO communication in meetings (e.g. CEO-DH meeting)

Drive various internal projects across organization (e.g. sales related, organization related, efficiency and process related, etc…)

Drive and support tasks such as townhall, cross-entity administration, translation and communication

Play as a catalyst between Japanese staff and management, and among function lines

Required or recommended to do “strategic thinking” and see things from “big picture” which will trigger better idea, implementation and result in wealth management and organization

-University Degree Holder with 2-5 years experience in Mgmt consulting and/or Business Planning / Strategy function

-Experience and skill to work with management

-Will or experience to work in cross cultural environment

-Eager to learn

-Proactive and positive mindset

-Financial (securities or banking) business knowledge and/or experience (preferable)

-Project management skill

-Skill to drive structuring issues and analysis

-Confident communication skill in Japanese and solid business English
